School Anxiety Workshop

This workshop offers a supportive and understanding space for students with school-related anxiety. We'll delve into common worries, from social pressures to academics, providing practical coping tools. You'll learn effective stress reduction techniques, valuable mindfulness skills, and strategies to challenge anxious thoughts. Our aim is to help students build confidence, manage overwhelming feelings, and feel more comfortable and engaged in their school environment.

Inner Child Workshop

Connect with your Inner Child in this therapeutic workshop. Using the Russian nesting dolls, we'll explore the past selves residing within you. Learn to identify and compassionately tend to these younger parts, understanding how past experiences influence your adult life. Through guided exercises and group discussion, foster self-compassion, heal old wounds, and step into your more authentic, integrated self. Unlock deeper self-awareness and bring wholeness to your life.

Processing & Healing

This workshop offers a safe space to process unresolved past experiences impacting your present. Explore how old wounds influence emotions and behaviours. Through guided exercises and group support, learn to understand, acknowledge, and integrate these experiences.
