Counselling Placements

With You in Mind Counselling is based in Rustington, West Sussex, and offers a unique student placement program where you will gain valuable experience in the field. Our program provides trainee counsellors with a hands-on opportunity to work with clients under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals.

What you can expect:

•  In-house Supervision - This ensures that our trainees receive the support they need to provide the best possible care to our clients.

• Varied Caseload: Opportunity to work with both Adults and Young People.

• Caseload: Up to 3 clients a week​

• Ongoing Support: Support from the Placement Co-Ordinator and WYIM team​​

 

Requirements: 

• Suitable insurance

• Membership to relevant governing bodies.

• Minimum commitment of 12 months. 

• Two references ​​​

• Enhanced DBS check

• CYP Training either needs to be completed or booked in prior to placement starting​
